The human mind is like an iceberg. Much that we need to know is hidden under the surface. Working together, and looking at your past and present, I can bring some of those unconscious thoughts and beliefs into a place you can see.

New, compassionate understanding of why and how you feel as you do makes shifts possible. You can transform your relationships- in your family, your partnerships, your work life and with yourself. We start with an optional 3 minute mindfulness breathing space, to help you arrive in a different place with yourself.

Weekly 50 minute sessions start at £75. For 6 weeks to 3 years. Only on Zoom or phone. Anywhere in UK or Europe.

I have been working with Susie on and off since early 2021. Susie has helped me greatly with a variety of issues that I was having. I had a very difficult birth experience with my first child and Susie helped me deal with this and move on from it - I recently had a second child and the birth experience was extremely positive and I felt very mentally prepared and my sessions with Susie were definitely key to this. I find Susie very easy to talk to, she is compassionate and helps without judgement. I also like the incorporation of mindfulness into our sessions.
